Maintenance ended

We are currently seeing unusually high demand for image upscaling. Because this spike was unexpected, images submitted for upscaling currently wait up to 1 hour before processing begins.

All other Viesus Cloud services, including color enhancement and PDF processing, are operating normally. Queued jobs will be completed in the order they were received, and no submitted images will be lost.

We are working on adding capacity to bring wait times back to normal. We will post another update within 2 hours, or sooner if we have more information.
